So, E3 2012 is drawing to a close and the entire world is all abuzz with discussions about the newest video games and video game accessories (Yes, I'm looking at you Mad Catz). However, not nearly enough people are talking about the recently announced Wreck-It Ralph trailer. If you want to learn more, and you should, then click the jump, read the story, and watch the video.
No matter who you are, or what part of the universe you dwell within, there is no escaping the delight of a 3D animated comedy from Disney. They've made over 50 animated films and with each one they keep improving in some, if not all areas of their craft. I could wax poetic about Disney animated films all day (cough...Aladdin), but I'm here to specifically draw attention to their newly announced film, Wreck-It Ralph.
Ralph is a fictional video game villain from the classic genre who aspires to be the good guy, so much so that he leaves his own game after 30 years to prove he's not a "bad guy." Several comparisons have already been made to another Disney film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Like that film, Wreck-It Ralph features several cameos from licensed characters. With the characters, the humor, the writing, the actors, and that magic Disney touch could this be the best video game movie of all time?
I could watch another E3 press conference, but I believe I'd rather watch this trailer one more time.
