I have not played too much of this game, but I basically got the same feeling of boredom as you. On the other hand the controls for the vehicles are better than other FPS games and the strategy aspect is cool. I was turned onto this game by a coworker at Dish who is really into RTS games, and we have tried to play multiplayer with similar results to yours. Fortunately I just rented it through Blockbuster @Home, and can exchange it whenever I want. It really is a good idea to try out new games before you cough up that $60.
